LEAD 222 is committed to building a community of student ministry leaders that sharpen one another in personal character and professional skills.  This community provides a total coaching program for leaders, pairing them with other student ministry leaders and an experienced ministry coach who will connect with them throughout the year.

Participants of LEAD222 must apply for membership in the network, and if accepted, receive and commit to 12 months of coaching, peer coaching and special events for themselves, their spouse, and the students and volunteers in their ministry.  Events include a missions experience/student leadership conference for your students, regional gatherings for you and your volunteers, and a personal spiritual retreat with ministry leaders and spouses.
