CANCELLATION AND TRANSFER POLICY
Should you need to cancel your registration, you must mail or fax a written request or call 800-570-9812, noting which option you prefer:
- Refund of fees (less $45 cancellation fee per registration) by February 12, 2008.
- For a fee of $45 per registration, transfer registration to a future conference within one year by March 11, 2008.
- At no charge, change the name of a registrant to another individual from your church to attend in your place. Registrations cannot be split between two people and are not transferable to other churches or organizations.
The Willow Creek campus is located in South Barrington, IL, just 30 miles northwest of the heart of downtown Chicago, 30 minutes west of O'Hare Airport. The greater Chicagoland area offers plenty of things to do before or after the conference, and the South Barrington area is filled with dozens of restaurant and hotel choices for you and your team.
